Key Requirements
  • You will be a Solicitor, Lawyer Cilex, or an established fee earner. Preferably you will have over 2 PQE+, but all levels are welcome to apply.
  • You will be ambitious, passionate, friendly, and hardworking - with a solid foundation of employment, either contentious or non-contentious experience.
  • You will have a proven track record of billings and will take a keen interest in building your own client base.

As part of this position, you will be handling a diverse caseload that caters to both employers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing advice on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including:
    • Advising individuals on all types of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, misconduct claims, discrimination and bullying claims, equal pay advice, family rights, and employment tribunal representation.
    • Advising businesses on their employment and HR issues, including HR policies, contracts, restrictive covenants, service agreements, GDPR advice, buying and selling a business, transfers, and TUPE.
