About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving high performance and continuous development of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the residential sales team to achieve targets and grow the business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Negotiation: Assist with complex negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales management or valuer role within the residential property industry.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local residential property market is an advantage.
  • Transportation: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
