We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales and estimating team, you will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, setting up new project files, and coordinating with suppliers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and review all new business enquiries.
  • Set up new project files and maintain accurate records.
  • Request and negotiate supplier quotations and discounts.
  • Coordinate customer training and meetings.
  • Minute meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Update target documentation and run reports.
  • Arrange site surveys with clients and book appointments using our company diary.
  • Send out quote requests and chase supplier quotes.
  • Support the sales and estimating team with quote follow up and CRM updating.
  • Work closely with our project management and maintenance team to ensure team unity and a strong, enjoyable company culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Accurate and organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A target-driven approach to achieving and exceeding personal targets and team goals.
  • The ability to communicate and engage with people across the team.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
