Auction Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Property Auction Department in a fast-paced environment. As an Auction Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and management teams, communicating with clients and suppliers, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams, including data entry, filing, and typing.
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Take ownership of office administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a professional manner.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator or Secretary, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
  • A keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes.
