Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Sandman Hotel Group. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
• Perform cashiering duties, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Provide guests with information and assistance as required, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile payments, revenue streams, and close business dates, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in team training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.

• Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
