Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support and service for customer equipment, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain a range of equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components, and conducting equipment tests and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document service activities, including detailed reports and relevant customer interactions, to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, and providing timely responses to customer requests.
- Travel and Logistics: Travel to customer sites as required, using company-provided transportation, and ensuring timely arrival and departure.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, PLC (Siemens S5/S7) systems, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics, with a strong technical background and experience in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Qualifications: 70/30 Electrical Bias, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Benefits: Performance-related pay structure, overtime paid at a rate of time and a third after 40 hours, competitive salary with benefits package, training and development opportunities, and career growth and advancement opportunities.
