Intermediate Property Consultant

We are pleased to present an opportunity for an Intermediate Property Consultant who will collaborate on a range of projects under the guidance of a Senior Property Consultant to ensure optimal value and adherence to contractual obligations.
This role offers the chance to engage with diverse projects valued between £25k and £200M throughout your career with Pertemps Thames Water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Assurance of Retail Delivery Contracts
- Challenge and validate small to medium value project tenders
- Ensure timely payments in accordance with the contract for your assigned project portfolio
- Audit and reconcile project accounts
Location:
Reading - Hybrid
Requirements:
- Experience in commercially managing small projects both pre and post contract
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with water regulations
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving license and personal transport
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £48,000 per annum, based on experience
- Annual Leave: 24 days of holiday per year, increasing to 28 with length of service (plus bank holidays)
- Contributory pension scheme - Defined Contribution with a maximum of 12% (2x employee contribution)
