We are a leading consultancy specialising in resolving issues in properties of all ages. Our team of experts provides Structural Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Thermal Imaging Surveys, Party Wall Surveys, and Aerial Surveys.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in Berkshire and West of Greater London. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking accurate surveys, writing reports, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough surveys of domestic properties to identify defects and deterioration
  • Write detailed reports using our in-house survey app
  • Provide professional and courteous service to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve company goals

Requirements

  • Chartered MRICS (Associate RICS will be considered)
  • At least 5 years building surveying experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Up-to-date DBS check
