Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team at Premier Inn Inverness Centre (Millburn Rd) as a Front of House Team Member.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests, and assist with serving meals and making cocktails.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with the housekeeping team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
