The Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining the front of house and counters to our company standards
  • Presenting menus, serving, and helping customers select food and beverages by offering suggestions
  • Providing counter service and preparing beverages
  • Delivering our chef-prepared meals to customers at their tables
  • Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to hygiene and cleanliness
  • Processing payments at electronic till points
  • Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed
  • Closing front of house areas each day to our company standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a friendly and engaging individual with a genuine love for customer service. If you have:

  • Barista experience (although not essential, as full training will be given)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great teamwork
  • Hardworking
  • Shift flexibility, including weekends
  • The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
