Job Summary

Think Workforce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our senior clinical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Clinical Governance: Provide senior clinical leadership and ensure all services comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Service Development: Collaborate with national healthcare professionals on innovation and service redesign initiatives.
  • Training and Mentorship: Lead training and mentorship programs for healthcare professionals, including medical students, AHPs, doctors on the NHS Induction & Referral Scheme, and GP registrars.
  • Quality Improvement: Drive quality improvements, research, and development initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Participate in regular audits and meetings to share best practices and ensure consistent clinical leadership across sites.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Must be a GP on the performers list with full GMC registration.
  • Experience: Demonstrates a deep understanding of the primary care setting and the ability to diagnose and assess patient needs.
  • Leadership Skills: Capable of leading teams effectively while also being confident in delivering independent frontline services.
  • Professional Development: Up to date with all mandatory training, appraisal, and revalidation requirements.
