About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a Senior Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including orthopaedic and MSK injuries.
• Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement physiotherapy programs and protocols to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
• Contribute to the development of our Physiotherapy services, including quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a physiotherapist, with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of physiotherapists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
