**Requirements:**

* Senior experience in Microsoft stack with strong experience working as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
* Successful implementation experience on complex Customer Service engagements
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
