Cyfarwyddwr Archwilio Cymhathu yw'r swydd hwn, sy'n gyfrifol am archwilio a chyflawni'r Rhaglen Archwilio Swyddogaethol, gwirio effeithiolrwydd y fframwaith archwilio a chefnogi cyflawni gwelliannau lle nodir hynny.

Yr Hyn Yr Wyt Ti'n Cynnal
  1. Cynnal archwiliadau swyddogaethol ac archwiliadau pwnc arbennig a thraws-swyddogaethol eraill, fel y nodir yn y Rhaglen Archwilio Swyddogaethol.
  2. Cynorthwyo i ddatblygu protocolau archwilio manwl ar gyfer yr archwiliadau, gan gydlynu mewnbwn arbenigwyr technegol yn ôl yr angen.
  3. Gweithio gyda rheolwyr llinell i bennu dull seiliedig ar risg o gyfeirio'r archwiliadau, gan ystyried anghenion cyflawni'r sefydliad.
  4. Gweithredu'r trefniadau archwilio i amserlenni a safonau ansawdd y cytunwyd arnynt, gan hwyluso mewnbwn gan yr arbenigwyr technegol yn ôl yr angen.
  5. Cynhyrchu adroddiadau archwilio a dadansoddiadau amserol o ansawdd uchel, adolygu'r canfyddiadau gyda'r rhai a archwiliwyd a nodi manylion perthnasol yr Anghydffurfiaethau a chamau gweithredu cyfatebol yng nghronfa ddata'r cwmni.
  6. Cydgysylltu â rheolwyr llinell ar gynnydd gyda chau camau archwilio, darparu'r gwiriadau sicrwydd priodol ar gau a nodi manylion cau yng nghronfa ddata'r cwmni.
  7. Dadansoddi allbynnau archwilio i nodi materion a gwneud argymhellion ar gyfer gwella yn seiliedig ar arfer gorau cydnabyddedig.
  8. Gwirio effeithiolrwydd y fframwaith archwilio a'r protocolau.
  9. Darparu cyngor a chymorth proffesiynol i dimau Network Rail Telecoms ar gyfer pob gweithgaredd archwilio, gan gynnwys darparu hyfforddiant yn ôl yr angen.

  • Sgiliau ysgrifennu adroddiadau a chyflwyno ardderchog.
