We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Nter Talent. As a Night Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations, ensuring seamless business delivery, and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all night shift operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Safety and Security: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of safety and security protocols, and ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with these protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve their full potential, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including employees, management, and clients, to ensure that all needs are met and that all operations are running smoothly.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the management of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a night shift operations management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of employees. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Qualifications: A strong understanding of safety and security protocols, and a Forklift operation certification (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • Physicality: The ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
