Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinical teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Higher Education qualification (A-Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.
- Proven experience of working in an office environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality correspondence and reports, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of using Office computer programs, including Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook.
