Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Aftersales team at our main dealership in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service and Parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration staff, Parts department, and drivers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee department budgets and control spend to achieve financial targets.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality workmanship.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in the fleet/HGV sector.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
