  • Inventory Oversight: Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking and maintaining accuracy, while participating in regular stock assessments.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail management, ideally within the cycling or sporting goods sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven sales orientation with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Passion for cycling and familiarity with cycling products.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Competence in basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
