About the Role:
We are a leading US-owned business with multiple sites across the UK, growing rapidly and seeking an experienced SOX compliance specialist to lead and operate the IT controls for SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) strategies
- Manage ERP systems and ensure segregation of duties
- Oversee IT Security, Cyber, and general IT Operations, including backups, IT policies, and procedures
- Act as a control owner in a SOX environment, ensuring compliance and risk management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SOX compliance and IT security
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and RBAC
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
