About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team on a contract basis, 2-3 days a week. As a Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for developing accurate system-driven financial reporting through various reporting tools to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial reporting solutions to support business decision-making
  • Improve automation to streamline financial processes and reduce manual errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver new system functionalities
  • Initiate and implement improvements for financial processes and systems
  • Provide expert advice on financial systems and reporting to stakeholders

About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Systems Manager with a strong background in financial systems, reporting, and automation. You will have a proven track record of delivering financial reporting solutions and improving financial processes. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Over 4 years' experience working within finance systems
  • Experience working with Chargebee, Salesforce, and Xero
  • Experience in systems administration and knowledge of working with RevOps and Finance teams
  • Basic understanding of management reporting and accounting
  • Previous experience working in a scaleup/growth environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
