Job Title: Apprentice Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join our team at Recruited UK. As an Apprentice Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the progress and achievement of SEND students throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage learner support to ensure the special educational needs of young people in custody are identified and assessed.
  2. Monitor planned support according to learner's individual learning needs to overcome any barriers to learning.
  3. Work closely with teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting SEND students.
Requirements:
  1. DfES qualified teacher status or equivalent.
  2. Degree level qualification in a relevant field.
  3. Possession of or working towards the NASENCo or equivalent qualification.
  4. Proven successful teaching experience, particularly in supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning.

  1. Competitive salary range of £49,000 to £55,000 per annum.
  2. 25 days annual leave per year, with incremental increases post 3 years' service up to 28 days.
