We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring a wide range of goods and services, ensuring optimal value for money within defined service and quality criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with various teams to identify and procure required goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement managers, suppliers, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a safe and efficient supply chain.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
