Procurement Manager

VickerStock is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the procurement department and develop strategies to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and lead times for materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and optimize procurement processes.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless delivery of materials to our projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced procurement environment at a management level.
- Proven experience in MRP/ERP systems and global procurement markets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
