The Role

We are seeking a Document Automation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated document templates and workflows for various business processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop document templates using document automation software and tools.
  • Test and debug document templates and workflows, and troubleshoot any issues or errors.
  • Document and maintain the specifications, processes, and best practices for document automation projects.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the document automation system and templates.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and usage of the document automation system and templates, and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in document automation, document management, or related field.
  • Proficient in document automation software and tools, preferably Contract Express.
  • Strong knowledge of document design, layout, and formatting principles and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
