Job Title: Telecom Engineer

Job Summary:

Circet UK is seeking a skilled Telecom Engineer to join our team in Kilmarnock. As a Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for installing broadband and TV services, resolving broadband faults, and optimizing speed in customer premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure broadband and TV services to meet customer requirements
  • Resolve broadband faults and ensure minimal downtime for customers
  • Optimize speed in customer premises to ensure optimal performance
  • Educate customers on services installed and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work efficiently and maintain a clean environment while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
  • Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries
  • Develop professional abilities through completing timely training requirements
  • Comply with company fleet policy, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations
  • Hold a full manual driving license and have strong work authorization
