Job Title: Environmental Waste Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Environmental Waste Operator to join our team at Tradebe Inutec in Dorset. As an Environmental Waste Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting radioactive waste projects and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Radioactive Waste Plant Operations
  • Waste Movements
  • Housekeeping

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will be required to work flexibly, including weekends and rotas, and will be expected to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) as part of the job.

Requirements:
  • A current driving license
  • Highly motivated and hands-on attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Unquestionable integrity, values, ethics, and trustworthiness
  • FLT Certificate
  • Gantry crane and slinger experience (training can be given)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet timescales

  • Salary from £25,000 - £27,000
