About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Servicing Manager to join our MES Installation and Servicing family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the MES New Build Installations and Annual Servicing calendar, engaging with ship owners, Port Captains, Marine Authorities, and Service Station Managers to plan and organize installations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue detailed installation plans to shipyards.
  • Coordinate with Survitec Service Station Managers to optimize resources.
  • Attend and oversee new build installations and rotational deployments.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor and improve performance.
  • Ensure regular servicing and certification of equipment.
  • Manage emergency call-outs with minimal disruption to schedules.
  • Implement workflow efficiencies to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee training and development of the MES Global support team.
Requirements
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Microsoft proficient.
  • Marine industry knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.
