Identity and Access Management Team Lead – Hybrid Role - Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Locke & McCloud is seeking a skilled IAM Team Lead to enhance our dynamic team. This position entails overseeing complex projects, aiding clients in navigating Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity issues. You will translate intricate technical concepts into straightforward, actionable guidance and deliver essential support to our clientele. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of IAM frameworks, strategic foresight, and proficient communication with stakeholders across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IAM project initiatives from inception to completion.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IAM frameworks and industry standards.
- Develop strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans across diverse IAM sectors.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and their integration with client IT infrastructures.
- Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project objectives and results.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in gathering IAM requirements, formulating strategies, and architecting IAM solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering IAM projects.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Okta, OneIdentity, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and BeyondTrust.
- Ability to analyze extensive user data, extract insights, and devise effective solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
- Experience in a consulting capacity with client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of Visio and SQL is a plus.
