Position Overview
As a Client Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport with our members and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products and services that offer genuine support in their everyday lives—whether it’s planning for a vacation, purchasing a first property, or anything else.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations through various communication channels, as you assist our members in person, via telephone, and through online account management.
- Focusing on customer needs rather than sales quotas, allowing you the freedom to prioritize what is best for our members.
