Job Summary:
We are seeking an Electronics Engineer Apprentice to join our team at GE Aviation. As an Electronics Engineer Apprentice, you will work on the development of electronics products for aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and verify electronics products under supervision
- Support requirements management throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance
- Generate clear and complete documentation in line with standards and procedures, under supervision
- Collaborate with engineers to problem-solve and deliver project outcomes
- Support preparation for technical design and verification reviews, under supervision
- Raise technical risks and issues and support with their analysis and resolution
Requirements:
- An Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of producing conceptual electronic designs
- Developing understanding of PCB design concepts
- Understanding of electronic digital or analogue design
- Ability to generate clear documentation, under supervision
Security Clearance:
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
