About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test and Development Engineer to join our team at Safran Seats. As a key member of our Test and Development department, you will be responsible for conducting cyclic reliability, abusive, and static tests on new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including FAR/CS 25 and SAE recommend practices.
  • Design, construct, and review test set-ups to carry out tests, considering the strength of the test article and the test set-up.
  • Monitor, record, and process test data using instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
  • Support other test engineers and the Head of Test as required.
  • Discuss and review test set-ups with visiting ARs and test witnesses.
