Join Our Team as a Test Developer

Safran Seats is a leading provider of innovative passenger experience solutions in the aerospace industry. We are seeking a skilled Test Developer to join our team in Cwmbran, Wales.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where you will be responsible for conducting cyclic and static tests on new and existing products. You will work closely with our design studio, engineering, and production teams to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct static testing on new and existing products
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve testing issues
Requirements
  • Higher National Certificate or comparable experience in the aerospace industry
  • 3 years or greater working in aerospace or a comparable industry
  • Organisational and planning skills with ability to manage and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working to industry standards and codes
