Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our electrical systems projects. As a key member of the BRUSH Group team, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to the construction and installation of electrical systems for new and existing buildings and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Resource Management: Identify and procure materials, equipment, and labor required for projects, and manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other vendors.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that projects are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including Health and Safety regulations, and identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure that project requirements are met and address any issues raised.
- Quality Assurance: Manage the quality of work and ensure that projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage the project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management.
- Team Management: Manage the project team, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, providing guidance and direction, and evaluating performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices, and experience with project management software and tools.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to understand the financial and commercial aspects of projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project goals.
