About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Metrology and Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you'll be responsible for conducting vehicle audits, using your metrology skills to inspect and measure parts/components, and ensuring conformance to drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input inspection data and information into our Quality database.
- Verify conformance to drawings and specifications by inspecting, testing, and measuring parts/components as part of the goods in process.
- Produce Non-Conformance Reports for failed parts and work alongside our Supplier Quality Engineer for NCR resolution process across the supplier portfolio.
- Ensure metrology equipment is fully calibrated.
- Use our MRP system and transfer parts into stock/Quarantine when inspection is complete.
- Participate in root cause investigation and corrective actions for supplier quality concerns.

Requirements
We're looking for someone with experience in a Quality team, preferably as a Quality Inspector. You'll need to have basic hand tools for measurement, be creative, and able to read and understand engineering drawings. Problem-solving skills and experience with metrology equipment are essential.
