Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at TechWaves Recruitment. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of aerospace components and systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Verify conformance to drawings and specifications by inspecting, testing, and measuring parts/components as part of the goods in process
* Input inspection data and information into the Quality database
* Produce Non-Conformance Reports for failed parts and work alongside the Supplier Quality Engineer for NCR resolution process across the supplier portfolio
* Ensure metrology equipment is fully calibrated
* Use the MRP system and transfer parts into stock/Quarantine when inspection is complete
* Participate in root cause investigation and corrective actions for supplier quality concerns
Requirements:
* Experience within a Quality team as a Quality Inspector
* Basic hand tools for measurement and metrology experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
