Key Responsibilities

  • Align operational systems with strategic business goals, emphasizing growth and effective planning.
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of management systems to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to legal standards, manage certifications, and bolster the organization’s credibility.
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) alongside all quality-related initiatives.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, conduct risk assessments, and enforce company-wide quality policies.
  • Manage IT strategies, assess systems, and ensure compliance with information security protocols.
  • Supervise project and document management systems, customer feedback mechanisms, and supplier qualification processes.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier relationships to ensure compliance with sustainable procurement practices and optimal service levels.
  • Collaborate with administrative teams to enhance customer service, document control, and overall business support.
  • Refine disaster recovery and business continuity plans in partnership with the IT department.
  • Ensure facilities management aligns with security and Health & Safety regulations, overseeing contractors and safety personnel.
  • Work with leadership on marketing and communication strategies, including digital presence and outreach.
  • Manage compliance with RICS regulations, health and safety updates, and professional indemnity renewals.
  • Coordinate staff training, resource management, and monthly risk assessment meetings; support bid submissions and compliance sign-offs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a compliance management role within consultancy, legal, or regulated sectors.
  • Relevant industry qualifications such as ISO, CQP, or NEBOSH are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to the head office as required, with flexibility to work from other locations.
  • Possession of a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
