The Opportunity
We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional eager to advance their career by joining our expanding Real Estate team. This position offers flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.
The role encompasses a wide range of commercial property matters, including leases (both landlord and tenant), site acquisitions and disposals, property finance (lender), and corporate occupier work. A significant focus will be on our Charity Property services, supporting our highly regarded Charity Practice.

Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Managing an individual caseload effectively, with appropriate supervision.
- Engaging with clients in various settings as needed.
- Collaborating within your team and across the firm.
- Communicating efficiently with colleagues and clients.
- Maintaining your professional development and expanding your legal knowledge.
- Delivering high-quality work in line with the firm’s standards and values.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.
Requirements
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Property law.
- Ability to work independently on straightforward transactions, with guidance available from senior team members.
- Strong communication skills and effective workload prioritization.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in IT, including Office 2010.
Desirable:
- Experience in Property law, particularly within the Real Estate sector and Charity institutions.
Reporting Structure
The successful candidate will report to the Head of the Real Estate team.
