As a Junior Medical Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for producing medical content of exceptional quality under the guidance of the Head of Copy and other team members.

This role involves collaborating on various healthcare brands and projects for a diverse range of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and editing medical documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity from initial brief to final delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Conducting thorough research to generate ideas, including reviewing new therapeutic areas and technologies.
  • Simplifying complex scientific data and presenting it in a clear, audience-appropriate manner.
  • Effectively sourcing scientific literature online and familiarizing yourself with key clinical studies to ensure accurate referencing.
  • Contributing scientific insights for new business proposals and pitches.
  • Gaining a solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.


Qualifications:

An undergraduate degree in life sciences is essential. A genuine passion for writing is required, along with some familiarity with writing and/or examples of previous work. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.


We value scientific integrity and the ability to support all communications generated. Previous experience in a similar agency setting is preferred, but strong graduates will also be considered.
