Nursery Early Years Childcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Bright Horizons East Barnet nursery, located close to Arnos Grove and Southgate stations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a qualified Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 86-place setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years education and leadership, with experience in managing a team and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Early Years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education to children
- Developing and implementing high-quality pedagogy and practice
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating
- Working in partnership with the Regional Director, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive commercial growth and optimize revenue generation
- Engaging with the Local Authority to understand the local offer and support practice in all areas of the nursery
