We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Culinary Professional to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious and appealing meals to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare varied menus that cater to special dietary requirements
- Manage food stock and order supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation and serving
- Oversee meal preparation and serving, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety
- Encourage service user participation in food preparation activities
- Supervise other catering staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Elementary Food Handling Certificate
- Previous catering experience
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
- Basic computer literacy
- Respect for Christian worship
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
