**Location:** Remote (with regular travel to new build developments)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with sales and development teams within new build developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Deliver Training and Presentations:** Plan and deliver training sessions and presentations to sales teams to increase awareness and enthusiasm for our high-speed broadband services.
  • **Research and Planning:** Research new developments, plan site visits strategically, and set appointments with stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with sales and development teams to create long-term partnerships.
  • **Data Collection:** Collect net promoter scores from sites visited to measure the impact of training.
  • **Insight Gathering:** Gather insights from on-site teams and communicate them back to our company to help refine our offerings, messaging, and support tools.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:** Previous experience in training, field sales, or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications, real estate, or new build development sectors.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
  • **Relationship Building:** Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • **Travel:** Willingness to travel regularly to various sites within the assigned region.
  • **Driving License:** Full UK driving license and use of a vehicle.
  • **Uniform:** Happy to wear a branded uniform.
Benefits:
  • **Competitive Salary:** £112.07 per day, including holiday pay.
  • **Completion Bonus:** £10 per day completion bonus.
  • **Virtual Training:** Virtual training online.
  • **Flexible Working Hours:** Working days to be agreed in advance, with flexibility to work between Monday and Saturday.
