Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Gemini Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters related to wills, probate, and estate administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Wills and Probate law, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Wills and Probate matters, including estate administration, probate, and will drafting. You will also be required to provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and the Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Wills and Probate matters, including estate administration, probate, and will drafting
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members and the Head of Department
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with a range of Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Deal with correspondence and maintain accurate time costing procedures
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ year's technical experience in Wills and Probate law
  • Must have a clean, valid Practicing Certificate at the time of applying
  • Committed team player with excellent client care skills and ability to deal with client matters in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent networking and communication skills with the ability to successfully market the Company and generate new business
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to use own initiative and sound judgment
