Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Gemini Recruitment. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of matters related to wills, probate, and estate administration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with experience in wills, probate, and estate administration. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing advice and guidance on a range of matters, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Provide advice and guidance on a range of matters related to private client law, including will drafting, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and ensure that your knowledge and skills are current and relevant
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in private client law
  • Experience in wills, probate, and estate administration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and other members of the team
  • Ability to manage a caseload of clients and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
