Chef - Worksop

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Clumber Park. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, including cakes, bakes, soups, main meals, and light bites.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
• Contribute to the development of menus and recipes that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive visitor experience.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and COSHH procedures to minimize risks to visitors, staff, and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience as a professional chef or cook, with a passion for food and a friendly and positive attitude.
• Confidence in following recipes and batch-cooking, and a willingness to learn.
• Awareness of health and safety compliance.
• Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors.
