About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Physics Engineer to join our dynamic team at Carrington West. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality building physics services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain building models and load schedules for plant selections
  • Conduct comprehensive energy surveys to identify areas for improvement
  • Draft energy statements for planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions
  • Provide expert advice on building physics and energy efficiency to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in building physics or a related field
  • Level 5 energy assessor qualification or equivalent
  • Familiarity with TAS (or willingness to use alternative software such as IES)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
