About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bakery Team Member. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced to meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, with a variety of different start and finish times.
  • Ensure every product meets our quality standards.
  • Work well with others and communicate effectively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Be flexible and adapt to new tasks and situations.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
