About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and services.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in stock management, receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support colleagues with tasks such as restocking shelves, cleaning, and maintaining store equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to lift and move stock, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
