Job Summary:
Jumar Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. As a Deskside IT Engineer, you will provide hardware and software support to our clients, ensuring seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for IT products, both remotely and on-site, within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Interpret data and take actions to resolve technical issues.
- Support Windows OS and basic Server OS navigation.
- Assist with network fault troubleshooting, network builds, and network printer installs and configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, VPN, and remote work on machines.
- Good understanding of networks and Windows Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of specific customer software is desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
