Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Customer Operations Managers to achieve business objectives
- Deploy transformational changes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Be the point of contact for external stakeholders and ensure all Customer Operations Managers complete tasks to time and quality
- Produce the weekly resourcing plan and ensure all Customer Operations Managers deliver towards this
- Ensure the smooth running of all deliveries and lead a team of front-line colleagues to work efficiently and provide excellent service at the doorstep
- Partner with Trade Union to drive performance improvement and deliver every item accurately and on time
