Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology Specialist to join our team at the Royal London Dental Hospital on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in dental and maxillofacial radiology, including conventional radiography, CBCT, ultrasound, and sialography.
Main Responsibilities- Providing high-quality radiological reports on conventional radiographs and CBCT imaging
- Supporting multidisciplinary team meetings with radiological expertise
- Collaborating with the radiography team to ensure high-quality diagnostic images
- Working with the dental team to provide radiological support as required
- Participating in staff training and education, including teaching and audit
- Aiding in the provision of salivary gland diagnostic imaging and interventions
- Supporting the Head and Neck Radiology team in undertaking ultrasound examinations and tissue sampling
- Providing reports for cross-sectional radiological examinations, including CT and MRI
- Participating in departmental and hospital-level audit
- Training junior dental staff and students as needed

Requirements- Full GDC registration and license to practice in the UK
- CCST in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology or equivalent within 6 months
